Members range from casual runners to those training for specific events. There are always members training for spring and fall marathons, so if you're looking for training partners, join us!
- Weekdays - Every morning we run from Norwood or Westwood. Tuesdays we do speed workouts.
- Weekends - Long runs are on Saturday from Westwood with socializing afterwards at a local coffee shop or eatery. We do a shorter run on Sunday.

Special Workouts
- Monday Mojo at 6:30 PM from various locations followed by socializing at local pub. EVERY WEEK during summers. SECOND MONDAY of the month Sept thru May.
- First Saturday Breakfast Run from a member's house. Members bring food to share.
