Greater Neponset Running Club

GNRC is a club of women and men and who love to run, participate in races, discuss training, and socialize. Our runners are from the Neponset River Valley towns of Norwood, Westwood, Medfield, Dover, Walpole, Sharon and other surrounding communities.

In 2026, GNRC celebrates 20 years of running!

Our club has runners with varied paces, so you will always have someone to join you on your run. We welcome runners and triathletes of all abilities.

Member Benefits

• Training runs - We train every day of the week, with speed workouts and long runs mixed in. 
• Socializing - We hang out after training runs and races, and we have monthly and holiday parties.
• Races - We train for and run races together. There is always a group training for spring and fall marathons.
